Cancellation and returns policy

In case you need to cancel your registration before the course starts, you must send your cancellation email to info@aranchagayoso.com with the subject “Cancellation + course title + your full name”. Once this notification is received, we will proceed to cancel your registration on the course. Please be aware that depending on your warning time notification, our refund policy will vary:

• Between 15 and 29 days before course commencement: 100% refund of total amount paid.
• Between 7 and 14 days before course commencement: 50% refund of total amount paid.
• Between 3 and 6 days before course commencement: 20% refund of total amount paid.
• 2 days or less before course commencement: non-refundable.

In the event that online courses, webinars or coaching sessions cannot take place for technical reasons or otherwise, we will offer you the chance to repeat the class at another arranged time.
