Because of our international business the nature of our company (head offices in different countries), I decided to hire Arancha Gayoso for a training course on “Efficient Management of Geographically Dispersed Teams”. The course marked a “before” and “after” in our strategy and results in managing a team with considerable geographical and cultural diversity.
