What is this course about?
This course is about developing new skills to help you better deal with the emotions that arise in the face of death, trauma, and loss.
Objetive
This course is designed to provide with enormous respect and sensitivity a deeper understanding of the grieving process and the impact that the loss of a loved one has on our lives. Whether it is because we have suffered a loss that affects us directly or because we want to accompany someone who is going through a grief, in this course we try to learn and develop knowledge and new skills that help us better deal with the emotions that arise in the face of death, trauma and loss.
