Strategic Professional Negotiation

We will work in two areas:
- Negotiation (phases, technics, tools, environment knowledge and negotiation process).
- Negotiator skills.
- To learn about the different phases and step by step process behind a comercial negotiation.
- To use the most appropriate tools to prepare and maintain difficult negotiations.
- To develop personal talent and negotiating style towards a proactive attitude and continuos improvement.
- To know how to close a negotiation at the most advantageous position for a sales executive.
- To learn how to get to know the other party.
- To be aware of the skills and personal barriers as negotiators.
- Fundamentals of today´s business enviroment: customer experience and digital ecosystem.
- Fundamentals and key points of sucessful negotiations.
- Avoiding classical mistakes.
- Negotiation skills: Planning is 50% of the success.
- Negotiator skills: self-awareness and awareness of the others. Essencial competencies.

6 hours live from Zoom.
150€ per participant.

Between 5 and 15 persons.
